Lyca Gairanod's life story will be showed this Saturday (August 16) on Maalaala Mo Kaya. This show will present the life of Lyca before she entered the competition.
As a preparation for her first appearance on Television, Lyca undergone an acting workshop under Director Nuel Naval and a veteran actress Malou de Guzman.
Life did not give an exception to her, at her early age she was forced to scavenge junks and garbage to see what could be sold in a junk shop. She does this to help her parents. Her father was a fisherman and his earnings was not enough to support the family.
Lyca became famous as a little child who has the dream of travelling to Manila to try her luck in The Voice Kids.
On her first MMK appearance, she worked with Malou, Ronnie Lazaro, EJ Jallorina, Kokoy de Santos, Amy Nobleza, Jahren Estorque, Ian Galliguez, Marney Lapuz, Pepe Herrera, and Che Ramos.
