Johnny's Circumcision Procedure Ended Up Removing His Whole 'Manhood'


ALABAMA - A man underwent circumcision in Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham but woke up after surgery to find out that his from Alabama went to a hospital last month for a routine circumcision but awoke after surgery to find out his whole male organ was removed. 


Johnny Lee Banks filed a malpractice lawsuit against the doctors who had amputated his 'manhood'. He stated that no medical allied told him the need of cutting off his organ. There was no explanation given either.

According to the lawsuit, the simple surgery became complicated and the doctors did not seek any assistance at that time. 


Johnny said that there was no consent came from him to perform a complete or partial amputation of his male organ before the surgical procedure for circumcision was carried out. 



After the messed up surgery, Banks dealt with excruciating pain and he needed to stay longer in the hospital for additional recovering time. 



His wife, Zelda Banks, also said that they became financially ill due to the unnecessary surgery conducted on his husband. 



The legal counsel of Bank, Atty. John Graves, stated how devastated the couple from what happened. 



Johnny also said that the spokeswoman of the hospital, Kate DeWitt Darden, denied all the allegations and defended their side aggressively. 



There were no monetary value indicated for the damages in the malpractice lawsuit that was filed by Banks' camp. 



The medical institutions allegedly accused for unnecessary surgery were the Princeton Baptist Medical Center, Urology Centers of Alabama and Simon-Williamson Clinicand as well as two doctors, as per Atty. Graves.
