Mayor Rodrigo Duterte did not like the statement said by Ramon Bautista about the girls in Davao City. Bautista called them "Hipon" because they have sexy and beautiful bodies but have an unattractive faces.

Ramon Bautista is a famous personality in the Philippines. He became popular of his trending youtube videos. He is known for his sense of humor and love advices. He often made fun to the people and he didn't have a bad intentions about the jokes that he said.
After the incident, Bautista gave an apology to the people in the Kadayawan event. He said that he was ashamed of what he has done because Davao City gave him a very warm welcome and he shouldn't said that thing.
Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte and Sara Duterte also commented on the incident. Paolo Duterte said that he didn't like the statement of Bautista because he offended many girls in Davao even if it is a joke. Sara Duterte posted on Facebook that Ramon Bautista should be declared as a Persona Non Grata in Davao City and he should be courteous because he was just a guest.
