Vice and Direk Bobet accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Vice Ganda incorporated the Ice Bucket Challenge in his production number on the noon time show, Showtime.

Just like all the other ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, he poured a bucket of ice water to promote the awareness of the disease Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and to provide donations for further research. He promised that he will gve $100 to the Institution.

Vice nominated Coco Martin, Richard Yap and Direk Bobet Vidanes.

While on the other hand, the director of Showtime Direk Bobet Vidanes did not have second thoughts on accepting the Ice Bucket challenge.

He immediately performed the usual routine using the same ice bucket that vice used. Direk Bobet nominated  his three kids, Jhong Hilario and the couple Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia.

The ice bucket that was performed on showtime became a trend on social media especially on twitter.
