Certainly, August is a proposal month! After the Marian-Dingdong live in local TV engagement two weeks ago, now, Senator Chiz Escudero finally knelt and proposed to celebrity girlfriend and Kapuso star Heart Evangelista.

The engagement of Heart and Chiz was broke online by Heart’s close friends Lovi Poe and Alessandra De Rossi and make-up artist Albert Kurniawan.
In instagram, Lovi shared a photo of the engaged couple, Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero, happily kissing. Lovi described the said photo: “I'm so happy for you guys! Chiz and heart. You finally found someone who gives you that feeling that people write novels about. Someday when the time comes all I have to do is look at you both and always remember to choose happiness more than anything in this world. ❤️ @iamhearte @saychiz ❤️”

On the other hand, Alessandra posted a photo of a finger with a heart shaped diamond ring which she captioned: “Congrats @iamhearte and @iamchize!”

A very romantic and heart touching photo of Heart and Chiz was uploaded by Heart’s friend and make-up artist Albert Kurniawan where Chiz knelt down to ask Heart’s sweet ‘yes’ as he placed the engement ring to the tearing actress and soon to be Mrs. Escudero.
The Heart and Chiz became one of the most controversial and talked about couples in the industry. In 2012, Chiz Escudero confirmed his relationship with Heart Evangelista at the same also confirming his annulment with ex-wife Cristina.
Chiz Escudero is 44 and will be turning 45 in October while Heart Evangelista turned 29 last February.
